Description
Two-component silicone elastomer (polyvinylsiloxane). Cured at room temperature by
room temperature curing by polyaddition, specifically formulated for the manufacture of
precision masks in dental technology.
Indications
CLEAR SIL is suitable for the manufacture of transparent templates for
– light-curing material moulding
– fibre moulding technique
– moulding and fixing of veneers
– production of combined denture teeth
– production of aesthetically individualised abutments on implants

Processing
Remove the cap from the cartridge and apply the mixing tip (see packaging), then insert
the cartridge into the dispencer at a ratio of 1 : 1.
The dosing of base and hardener in a 1 : 1 ratio (volume or weight) and mixing
is done automatically by pushing the two components through the tip of the
cartridge.
The extrusion of the material must take place evenly and continuously until the
completion of the product.
The mixer tip acts as a stopper until the next processing step. For each application, use
a new tip.
Processing time: 1 minute.
Cure time: 15 minutes.
Time calculated with processing at room temperature (23°C / 73°F). High temperatures
accelerate polymerisation; lower temperatures slow polymerisation.

Warnings
– The mixing tip acts as a stopper until the next processing step. For each
application use a new tip.
– Substances containing heavy metal salts, hydrocarbons, epoxy resin catalysts
amines, sulphur and derivatives, may inhibit polymerisation.
