Repairs are carried out on handpieces, both brush and induction, of all brands.

• Repair protocol

– Assignment of the courier according to the agreements for collection at your location.
– Check-in: recording of data in our database (brand, model, serial number, customer name and, very important, any reports of anomalies found by the user)

– Verification of conditions and malfunction.

– Functional analysis: control of all internal and external parts, tightness of the cutter and concentricity of its rotation, control of bearings and opening mechanism, control of motor induced, any brushes and connector / cable of the handpiece.

– Estimate: communicated by e-mail with details of the functionality analysis, list of parts to be replaced and relative amount of the service.

– Processing: within 2-3 days of receiving the reply to the quote, worn parts will be replaced if present in stock. Please note that the bearings used are German or Japanese of excellent quality which guarantee superior reliability.

– Check-out: A technical sheet with advice on routine maintenance will be attached to each repair. The replaced parts will be attached to the repaired handpiece.

Packaging and Shipping The repair will be well packed and shipped via a trusted courier.
